B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics or a related field
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS:
Minimum Experience of 10-12 years in Solar manufacturing and overall experience of 15-20 years
Leading the Production and Process quality team of the most advanced Solar Cell & Module Assembly line
Heading Production operations including, Meeting Production Targets, Maximizing Capacity Utilization, On time Delivery, Manpower planning, In process quality, In Process Material Control, and Routine Equipment Upkeeping (TPM)
Leading continuous Improvement initiatives including KAIZEN, EHS Compliance, and 5 "S" adherence to the routine audit.
