RenewSys Patalganga is a state-of-the-art solar module manufacturing plant about an hour from the JNPT port in Maharashtra. It is the home to our World Class Large Format PV Modules - mono-facial and bi-facial, Glass-Glass, and Glass - Transparent Backsheet ranges.

1. Position: Manager - EHS


Job Skills/Responsibilities:

  • 10 years of experience as a Safety officer and Fire officer

  • Knowledge of Legal Compliance (SPCB/CPCB/PESO/PHSAS/Factories Act) and Procedures

  • Experience in writing Health and Safety reports and policies

2. Position: Officer - EHS


Job Skills/Responsibilities:

  • 3 years of experience as a Safety officer and Fire officer

  • Experience in Health and Safety reports and documentation.

  • Responsible for daily shop floor inspection, training execution and safety audits.

3. Position: Executive-Administration


Job Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree

  • 3-5 years experience in HR & Admin Department in Manufacturing Industry

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of contractual manpower and plant administration

4. Position: Line Manager - Production


Job Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 8 years experience with 3 years in Solar Module Manufacturing

  • Optimize machine and material utilization

  • Should achieve production targets with an emphasis on quality and minimizing defects

  • Knowledge in Equipment Maintenance / Spares Indigenization / Uptime / Throughput for better productivity

5. Position: Shift In-charge - Production


Job Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years experience with 2 years in Solar Module Manufacturing

  • Optimize machine and material utilization

  • Should achieve production targets with an emphasis on quality and minimizing defects

6. Position: Shift Engineer - Production


Job Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 years experience with 2 years in Solar Module Manufacturing

  • Optimize machine and material utilization

7. Position: Manager-Quality


Job Skills/Responsibilities:


  • Diploma/BE/B.Tech

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience preferably in Solar Module Manufacturing

  • Responsible for all levels of Quality Assurance and Control

  • Knowledge of 7 QC tools, ISO 9001, 8D, CAPA

  • Complete Accountability & Inspection of Visual, Electrical, and Final Quality Parameters

  • Effective implementation of Quality Circles and 5S

8. Position: Engineer-Quality


Job Skills/Responsibilities:


  • Diploma/BE/B.Tech

  • Minimum 4 years of experience preferably in Solar Module Manufacturing

  • Knowledge of 7 QC tools, ISO 9001, 8D, CAPA

  • Adhering and maintaining QMS in OQC, IQC, PQC

  • Ensuring OQC inspection as per customer specification and transfer of finished modules to FG stores

  • Responsible for product grading A2, A3, Z grade

9. Position: Manager-Maintenance


Job Skills/Responsibilities:

  • BE/B.Tech

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Machine Maintenance. Solar Module Manufacturing experience is preferred.

  • Responsible for predictive and preventive maintenance of equipment.

  • Responsible for selection of machineries and liaisoning for statutory compliance.

10. Position: Engineer – Machine Maintenance


Job Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 years experience with 2 years in Solar Module Manufacturing

  • Maintenance of all machineries and attend breakdown and trouble shooting of machines.

  • Responsible for Audits, calibration of instruments to ensure smooth plan operations.

11. Position: Executive-Stores


Job Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Graduate Degree

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing Industry

  • Working Knowledge of ERP/SAP System

  • Knowledge & Experience in managing stores dept with online inventory management

  • Handling stores and Maintain Inventory and Billing at the store for all required material

  • Record and register all inward and outward material from the store

12. Position: Jr. Officer-Stores


Job Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Graduate Degree

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in RM, FG & Engineering Stores

  • Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Module line spare parts

  • Maintenance of Inward & Outward Register

  • Physical verification of inventory on a monthly & yearly basis

  • Maintaining various registers of RMS

13. Position: Manager-Stores


Job Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Graduate Degree

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry

  • Monitor and maintain store inventory to ensure the availability of stock

  • Knowledge of ERP/SAP System

  • Carry out a review of store activities to identify factors that limit work efficiency

  • Maintaining 5S in the store

14. Position: Manager-Logistics & Invoicing


Job Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Graduate Degree and Any Course in Import Export & Foreign Trade.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics operations for Manufacturing Industry

  • Commercial knowledge about various inco terms.

  • Responsible to achieve daily dispatch targets, clearance of shipments, documentation of import & export of any materials or goods.

  • Coordinate with Line PPC & Stores to ensure smooth operations.

  • Knowledge of SAP System
