Nandkumar Pai

Mr. Nandkumar Pai, is a prolific leader, who works closely with the sales, marketing, production, and technical teams at RenewSys.
He is instrumental in facilitating a swift response to continuously evolving customer needs; while addressing the challenges that crop up in an ever-expanding solar industry. He has over 30 years of extensive experience spanning across Oil and Gas, Engineering, and Manufacturing Sectors.
Chandrakant Modak
Executive Director
Mr. Chandrakant Modak believes that the focal point of his role is to work on future growth in addition to communicating historical and current positions and that the finance function is positively shifting towards real-time business management. With 30 years of extensive finance experience he believes – An idea is a soul of a business while finance is its life and blood. An idea can grow to a business only when fuelled with finance, else it remains a wishful thought or a mere statement in black and white.

Mr. Rakesh Singh heads our Encapsulants & Backsheet division. With a career spanning 30 years in Manufacturing Operational Excellence and Domestic & International Business, Rakesh has a commendable track record of scaling businesses from scratch. His visionary leadership and strategic acumen will be instrumental in propelling RenewSys's growth as a leading global supplier of Encapsulants & Backsheets.
Srinath Naidu
Chief Administrative Officer - RenewSys Hyderabad
Mr. Srinath Naidu is a dynamic leader with the ability to get the best out of his team at the plant - from the grass-root level workers to the leadership. Born and raised in Hyderabad, he has over 30 years of diverse multi-cultural and multinational experience across industries and has been transforming the company’s vision into reality, successfully, with an emphasis on timely completion.
Rajesh Singh
Chief Technology Officer – Encapsulants & Backsheets
Mr. Rajesh Singh is a polymer expert with nearly 30 years’ experience in the solar and polymer industries. He began his career as a key member of the R&D team and went on to lead projects in Product and System Development, several of which received recognition from national and international accreditation institutions for excellence in innovation. Since then he has been an integral part of teams across functions like Research & Development, Manufacturing, Business Development, Project Management, and Operations.
