The past few years have seen significant innovations in solar PV module technology. One of the biggest trends is literally about "bigness"—the emergence of the large format, high-power Mono PERC modules.
With peak power ratings already well over 500 watts (and pushing towards 600 watts and beyond), these modules are made possible by another photovoltaic technology trend: the transition beyond 72 cell modules featuring 156/166 mm cells to larger modules using cleverly designed 182 and 210 mm cells.
Manufacturers have implemented cell-splitting, cell-shingling, tiling, multi-bus bar architectures, dense cell-to-cell interconnect schemes, and bifacial technology to drive up the power output in these supersized modules.
RenewSys has introduced the SGalactic and Extreme series, which include a series of Smart PV Modules made with 120, 140, and 156 half-cut Mono-Crystalline PERC Solar cells and Mono-Crystalline Bi-facial PERC Solar cells, respectively. These have been manufactured on state-of-the-art production lines.
These versatile modules, made with the highest quality raw materials and coupled with rigorous in-house testing, are suitable for Utility, Rooftop, and other general applications.

Installing solar panels on the roof of a house is certainly a very good and environmentally friendly idea. But it is also very important to pay attention to protecting the house from moisture. The best way to keep your home dry and comfortable is to install direct waterproofing. Do this and you can be sure that your home will be dry and warm.
