Team RenewSys celebrated Quality Month across locations in November reiterating the adage - Quality is everyone's responsibility.
The celebrations began with an address from Mr. Nandkumar Pai, CEO - PV Cells and Modules, who addressed the team on the theme for 2022 - Quality Conscience – Doing the Right Thing Quality - highlighting the following focus areas with regards to maintaining a 'Quality Conscience':
Adding value to our interactions with our customers
Acknowledging the significance of quality in all aspects of customer coordination and manufacturing, as cornerstones for sustainable business
Delivering consistent quality to not only retain customers but build long-lasting relationships with them
Here is a look at the celebrations held between the 6th to the 23rd of November across our units.
Activities conducted at our Hyderabad facility
Various competitions around the central theme "Quality Conscience - Doing the Right Thing". like slogan writing, essay writing, and quizzes were held on topics like 7QC Tools, 5S, LQC, Quality Gurus, and SPC.
We also had an Essay Writing Competition that revolved around the central theme of Quality Conscience.
Prize distributions were held on 24th November at a mega-quality gathering. At this event, Vijay Subraveti - Unit Head, Hyderabad, encouraged all employees to improve their knowledge and practice of quality concepts.

Activities conducted at our Bengaluru facility
A speech was given by Rajesh Singh - COO, Encapsulants & Backsheets, and Sathish Kumar - VP Operations who encouraged and motivated the team members to work towards improving the quality concepts and made them aware of the company's quality policy and its objectives.
Various quiz competitions were held and prizes were distributed on 5th December 2022 to the winners of the competition.
