       Human Resources

                Education Qualification: Law/ MBA in HR & IR

  • Should have 15-20 years of experience in handling HR & IR in the manufacturing industry

  • Proven track record in designing, developing strategies for Talent Acquisition/Employee Engagement/IR/ Statutory Compliance / Welfare / Workmen Contracts / Compensation & Benefits / PMS

  • Liaisoning with Govt/Local authorities

  • Experience in greenfield projects will be an added advantage

  • Should have exceptional communication skills combined with strong business acumen


2.   Mumbai - Manager - Channel Sales

                Education Qualification: BE/ BTech in


  • Should have min 10 to 15 years of experience in Channel Sales for Solar PV Modules/Invertors, Engineering Industry and Power Sector

  • Proven track record in Identification and recruitment of Channel Partners

  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals

  • Improve system and processes to enhance dealers/distributors sales through the existing sales team

  • Should have min 3 to 7 years of experience in sales for Solar/Invertors/Engineering Industry/Power Sector

  • Should be a sales enthusiast and self driven

  • Building market network (regional) with customers and other stake holders

  • Should have excellent presentation skills and impeccable language proficiency. Should be proficient in English, Hindi & Gujarati
