JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS:-
7 to 10 years of experience in Incentive/Credit Ratings/Financial Modelling
Financial modelling and financial appraisal of projects
Project funding through debt syndication. Activities include preparation of information memorandum and financial plan, risk analysis, due diligence, negotiation and closure of transaction documents, disbursement
Liaise with banks, financial institutions and other stake holders in the financial community to ensure timely availability of financing for projects at the most competitive terms
Liaison with credit rating agencies on initiation of credit rating and renewal of existing rating Activities include preparation of information deck, financial model, draft responses etc
Well conversant and up to date on various guidelines and rules relating to MSIPS, MEP, SPECS or any other incentive schemes offered by state governments and central government (MeitY) relevant to PV solar module manufacturing or electronics industry
Clear understanding of entire process of incentives from pre appraisal till disbursement
Liaison with both internal and external stakeholders namely plant management, senior management, consultant, appraisal authorities for preparation of appraisal file, audit of expenditure
