Bachelors in Engineering / MBA Preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS:
Should have relevant experience of minimum 15 years, preferably in Solar PV Modules/Invertors, Power Supply equipment, Engineering Industry
The incumbent should have leadership qualities to lead a team of young professionals
Determine long and short term sales goals
Should have strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in teams
Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions
