ZN Shine Solarworld Signs 400 MW Supply Agreement with RenewSys India Pvt. Ltd. for EPE Encapsulants

Mumbai, 04 December 2025: RenewSys is proud to announce a long-term supply agreement with ZNShine Solarworld Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Solarworld Group”) for the provision of high-quality solar encapsulants. The landmark contract, signed by RenewSys and ZNShine Solarworld Private Limited, covers a volume of 400 MW to be supplied between November 2025 through February 2026.
This strategic partnership establishes a strong alliance between RenewSys and Solarworld Group (a vertically integrated solar solutions provider with over 12 years of industry expertise, a robust 1 GW+ project portfolio, and a 1.8 GW module manufacturing capacity).
This agreement underscores the growing preference for advanced, high-efficiency encapsulation materials as module manufacturers worldwide transition to next-generation cell technologies. RenewSys’s EPE encapsulants; engineered for superior PID resistance, enhanced durability, and long-term reliability; are specifically designed to support high-efficiency architectures such as TOPCon. Their performance consistency and India-made manufacturing credentials make them a strong choice for module makers seeking both quality and supply stability.
