Fires are rare, when there is Care!

Fire Safety Week was commemorated at our RenewSys facilities from April 14 - 20, 2022. This week is celebrated across India and across government and private organizations to create awareness about the safety measures to prevent fire-related disasters and help employees prepare for them at the workplace. It was instituted in the memory of the brave firemen who lost their lives during the dock explosion in Mumbai on 14th April 1944.

Go Green!

Even the smallest steps matter as our environment is at great risk and so are we. Team RenewSys commemorated the day with commitment and passion, even as we strive to make each day World Environment Day.

The teams celebrated the day with drawing competitions, sharing ideas to contribute towards protecting the environment, and sapling plantation.

Near Misses

are a warning!

We work towards ensuring zero accidents at our plants, by keeping safety front and center. When a near-miss occurs it signals that we need to relook and strengthen our systems and processes to ensure a continued safe working environment for all three factories are undergoing regular safety refresher courses.

Prepare and Prevent

RenewSys Bengaluru Unit marked the importance of National Chemical Disaster Prevention Day on December 04, 2022, with several activities involving team members from all departments. The teams underwent various Chemical Safety Management sessions like Self Contained Breathing Apparatus, Fire Proximity Suit Demo, Fire Extinguisher Demo, and Chemical Handling Training.

Wellness At Work

Employee wellness is a priority for us because the success of our business depends on the health and well-being of our employees.

To ensure everyone has information to support their physical and mental health, we have created an Employee Wellness Calendar!

Every month the calendar will include:

  • Different resolutions/challenges every month

  • Tips for healthy living–ideas for diet, exercise, relaxation techniques

  • Fun ways to stay active or reduce stress levels

  • Events & activities for the month
